Currently, MKelly Biotech collaborates with PSCST, Awadh IIT Ropar, Innovation Mission Punjab, SKAUST Srinagar, and GNDU Amritsar for ongoing initiatives in product development. Mkelly Biotech was registered in February 2021 in accordance with company law. This startup is expanding its efforts in technology-driven innovations for developing new products, technologies, and processes. We have successfully introduced two innovative food products: one in frozen foods and another in bakery items (both vegan-based and rich in protein). These fermented products include beneficial ingredients like cordyceps militaris and millets, for which patent filings have been submitted. Several other products are in the pipeline for promotion in the nutraceuticals, beauty, and bio-leather industries.
