Tisser Artisan Trust is a social venture established to uplift the lives of rural Indian artisans. It has created a brand name known for its honesty, fair trade and product innovations. With a stronghold in creating handloom and handicraft products, we have forayed into the Home Decor & Interiors area with the same ideals. Tisser Trust provides a robust systemic approach that can be scaled up across any geography. The model of engagement is inclusive cluster development by up-skilling, and providing hand- to-hand support in terms of accessing finance & technology, marketing, and creating self-sustainable business models for rural artisans. The artisans in the Tisser network create a diverse range of products like apparels (kurtis, jackets, scarfs), accessories (jewelries, bags), stationery, and home decorations (planters, magnets, cushions, etc.). Mission/Vision Statement: Vision : Tisser works towards social upliftment of Artisans across India and revival of the handicraft industry through value chain approach Mission: With our talented and diverse team, we empower the marginalized communities in India, establish an entrepreneurial ecosystem, develop sustainable livelihoods and a greener environment. B) We bring in unique products for homes, offices and other living spaces that are not mass produced and lend the spaces a Indian ethnic look.
