This wonderful journey of sustainable development started in the year 2005, the concept took birth in minds of then young architects Ar. Pragya and Ar. Bhupendra Kumar, when they got a chance to attend green building congress 2005 , organized by IGBC. The chief guest of the show hon. Abdul Kalam inspired young minds, t bring green to every building, and every workplace to let people lead a healthy life and to preserve resources for future generations. The lecture convinced the architects to take a responsible approach to design with sustainability with this concept the name Aeiforia was coined having an amalgamation of two words – Aei for sustainability and foria for forum making it a sustainable forum. These thoughts reached the first milestone in 2011 when the firm started doing business, and the second in 2012 when it was formally registered. thereafter the need was to walk the talk so the first project taken up for green-certified workspace was Aeiforia’s Delhi office spread over 2500 square feet and accommodating approx. 30 people, this architectural office achieved a platinum rating and became the first architectural office in north India to achieve it. The same legacy was carried over to the Noida office.
