Employability Bridge (EB) enables Companies to hire eligible freshers from Small Towns/Villages across India by using data driven technology Platform combined with aggregated physical hiring events called FLAG. Till now we have reached 4.5 lakhs students, assessed 3.2 lakhs, interviewed around 1.4 lakhs students and got job offers for more than 86000 students with 80% of them being technicians (Diploma & ITI candidates).

Till now we have reached 4.5 lakhs students, assessed 3.2 lakhs, interviewed around 1.4 lakhs students and got job offers for more than 86000 students with 80% of them being technicians (Diploma & ITI candidates). Currently onboarding 350 candidates/month with capacity to onboard upto 800/month. Our major clients include Suzuki Motors Gujarat, Anand group of 14 Manufacturing companies with 59 manufacturing plants in 10 states, Ford, Wabco, CRP, Starpac, Jamna, Valeo and IT companies like Vembu, Karr, Unmetric, Commvault, Hibiz, Heraizen.
