s an early start-up, Anoop Sasidharan and Akhil Sukumaran started a freelance IT Service and Software development company named Inciem, then turned to Inciem Business Consultants private limited. In a short period of time they gained good customer relationship history and the company grew very fast. From web development to IT service management to Mobile app development Inciem was going in an enormous job. During Early months of 2018, Dr. Girish Kumar Principal of Henry Baker College, Melukavumattam (Ex-Director CCEK) met us and Sri. Methil Krish, Marketing head, Pirelli India, were extremely happy seeing our effort and showed interest to join with us as a mentor. This lead us to further advancement of workflow and started planning about the new project including privatisation of the Inciem.
