Tale of caution Research & Repeat To deliver on the intent of simplicity we exercise extreme caution in choosing our builder partners and their projects. As a thumb rule we associate only with those builders that have either maintained a strong track record or are backed by large and reputed corporate houses. On top of that our research and due diligence team thoroughly studies all aspects of a project before declaring it investment grade. Only after this approval our account managers are authorised to present a project to potential investors.
