One Stop Solution: Prototype to Production.
Daava Group is a Rapid Prototyping facility in Hyderabad. Here in Daava Group ,we design parts and make prototypes of it by using 3D printing and then test the prototypes and then move to production i.e. Injection Moulding. We mainly deal in plastics. During Covid -19 Lockdown, we got know that there is scarcity of Face Shields etc. We then started to make prototypes of Face Shield and after few trails. We finally made a face shield which was approved by the doctors. We then started manufacturing Face Shields in 3D printers for several days. The Benefit of 3D printing is you start the manufacturing immediately. Finally after few days production of Face Shields started, then we are able to deliver face shields to many places according to their requirements.
