I am a mother of two children. I completed an MA(pol.sc) and MBA(HRD). I work as Executive secretary at SEEDS. Besides this post, I also work as the chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee, Churachandpur district. It's a very challenging task in the field where I work. I need the support of people who would like to transform the lives of the downtrodden,unreached,marginalised,orphan,single parents,destitutes etc.

SEEDS is a rural-based NGO. It is lead and managed by rural tribal women. It has 12A and 80G. We are implementing NGO. We conduct seminars, workshops, **** training on varying topics. We run Early Childhood Care and Education for cultivators children, daily wage earners,single-parent children. The managing committee has decided to run an Academy called diadems for tribal Adolescents who are at the risk of dropping their education due to poverty, far distances between their school and home, slow in learning besides other factors.The academy will provide vocational training besides providing education. The academy will be residential for girls and day boarding for boysThis project will be materialized when funded by any one, organization,company,etc.
