Ebang'Z Mushroom Farm produces cultured Oyster Mushroom in a controlled room with a required room temperature and humidity.. It was established nov 2018 by the help of departent of agriculture as they are the one who tought me how to grow this mushroom through their community based mushroom production program.... followed by another training for food processing teaching us how to process mushroom in any dishes...ebangz mushroom now has a famous Mushroom chicharon in the province of capiz and other product such us mushroom lumpia,mushroom sisig,mushroom tempura,mushroom polvoron,mushroom ice cream... Ebang'Z mushroom is now assisted by the DTi for product development and showcasing my products through provincial and regional trade fairs...and DOST for the packaging and labeling design...
