"Hinablon sa Cebu" is the crystallization of shared advocacy and effort of the Cebu Technological University -Argao Campus (CTU-AC) and partner organizations, for a greater cause of preserving the Pre-Spanish handloom weaving heritage of the Municipality of Argao. Also, we seek to sustain and create more opportunities for livelihood for the marginalized local communities of loom weavers, sewers, painters, and product finishers, at the same time promoting Sustainable Green Practices in the manufacturing fabrics and textiles to help protect the environment! At present, our Hinablon products have evolved into variety of Fabrics and Textiles, Garments & Wearable Fashion Accessories, Gifts & Souvenirs for any occasions! All these products of traditional art are made with contemporary and comfortable style with novelty and functional quality, as it is woven and handmade with a story and a heart!
