Mendoza a Switzerland, South Africa, and Russia Travel Expert, Swiss Travel System Excellence Expert, Hospitality Expert, CPAE-PCAAE, and TIES Chapter Head of the Philippines who has also finished the Travel Agency Management Course, an accredited training program by the Department of Tourism in order to effectively manage the travel services business
